Pailin—On 19 September 2018, the Pailin NSSF branch officials of the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training distributed the enterprise/establishment registration certificate to 05 enterprises/establishments and explained about procedures and formalities of benefit claim and benefits of social security schemes on Occupational Risk and Health Care as follows:
- Lucky Mart
- Pailin Total Gas Station
- Souvuth Khemera Development Company
- Loem Huong Company
- Our Health Organzation.
The distribution of this registration certificate aims to allow the enterprise/establishment to operate in line with the Labour Law of the Kingdom of Cambodia; in particular worker working in the enterprise/establishment receives other benefits from the following social security schemes of the National Social Security Fund:
– Occupational Risk Scheme
– Health Care scheme
– Pension Scheme which will be launched in 2019.
It is noted that after the owners of enterprises/establishments register their workers in the National Social Security Fund, the worker will access services free of charge in the health facilities signed the agreement with NSSF and receive other benefits.
