It’s certified that the victim above encountered traffic accident on 16 March 2018 at the western point of Svay Orntor roundabout situated in Krochab village, Prey Khla commune, Svay Orntor district, Prey Veng province, leading to broken right thigh and fractured right foot. In present, the victim’s right leg was amputated by the middle of shin.
