Phnom Penh—This is the 2nd time in early 2019 that Heads, Vice-Heads, and Officials in charge of all NSSF branches attended the training course on Update of Skill Works for Social Security Schemes to be held in the grand meeting room of the NSSF central office in Phnom Penh.
H.E. Ouk Samvithyea, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Director of the National Social Security Fund of the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, presided over to close the training course on “Update of Skill Works for Social Security Schemes” for Heads, Vice-Heads, and Officials in charge of all NSSF branches on 05 April 2019 and said that after Heads, Vice-Heads, and Officials in charge of all NSSF branches had received four-day training course, I strongly hope that all of you raised more awareness and experiences for better fulfilling your works although you all, so far, performed your works with effectiveness for ensuring the quality of service provision to the NSSF member by gaining the remarkable results.
He also mentioned the supreme recommendations of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padie Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia that “all officials have duties to serve the citizen rather than to be the boss of them and implement their own duties righteously in line with five approaches that the Royal Government issued for the officials at all levels to comply with”.
Meanwhile, he also told Heads, Vice-Heads, and Officials in charge of all NSSF branches to appeal all NSSF members to inform NSSF via Hotline: 1286 or send message to the official Facebook Page of the National Social Security Fund in the case that they have any problems for accessing services.
