Reporting an Accident (see Process Diagram)

The employer or representative of employer is responsible for reporting accident at workplace or commuting accident. In case the accident resulting in death, the accident notification will be the survivor’s responsibility. The employment injury report is done by filling the information in the accident report form provided by the time of registration at NSSF. Importantly, it has to be submitted to benefit division within 48 hours of the accident. You Can submit the accident report along with the related documents via email: benefit@nssf.gov.kh
