Registration (see Figure)

The enterprise registration form and the employee registration form are given to the applicable enterprises. They are also available at download page. The employers or enterprise owners have to submit the enterprise registration form along with commercial registration certificate, issued by the Ministry of Commerce, or other equivalent legal instrument. At the same time, the employment registration form can be submitted to NSSF in paper or electronic form together with a letter signed by the enterprise owner or employer. Subsequently, NSSF issues employee ID and enterprise registration certificate with enterprise ID.

Penalty

To ensure compliance with the scheme requirements and to hinder fraudulent claims, penalties in the form of fines and jail sentences have been allocated by National Social Security Law in accordance with Sub-Decree. The offence includes non-registration of the enterprise or employees, non-payment or underpayment of contributions, and a refusal to comply with the other administrative requirements. Other wrongdoings include the submission of false information to claim benefits or other fraudulences. The offences will be charged by a court of the magistracy and sentenced or fined accordingly.
