Dispute/Complaint Settlement Commission of NSSF (CSC) was established as tripartite commission by Prakas No. 177 LV/PrK, dated 18 August 2010, consisting of Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (Representative of Government) and Representatives of employer and of employee. This commission has a duty to conciliate the disputes/complaints in relation to NSSF such as: denunciation / unfairness of the NSSF benefit provision, abnormality of the NSSF service provision, failure of notifying the registration in NSSF, the implementation of the NSSF officials incompatible with laws and regulations coming into force, and other disputes/complaints involved in the implementation of NSSF.
