Medical Commission of NSSF was founded as inter-ministry commission by Prakas No.088/09 LV/PrK, dated 27 April 2009, including Ministry of Labour and Vocation training and Ministry of Health. This commission has a duty to consult the determination of disability degree of workers suffering from the work injury and the situation of health facilities or poly clinics recognized by NSSF.
